Healthy Encouragement

What do you consider eating healthy I think this is a very trick question for me because healthy eating can mean different things to different people. Everyone who eats healthy have different ways they enjoy food we do not like the same things however, we are trying to reach for the same goal and that is to eat healthy as possible. I always feel like if you eat things in moderation its not as bad as if you indulge all the time in something for example there are some people who really love chocolate so do I but, I am sure its not healthy to eat it every day. I am a person I gain weight easily so I try to moderate my eating habits a much as possible. Can we agree food is Awesome…we can’t deny that food can make life just a little bit better especially in that moment. Enjoying food is not always sticking by the rules unless its health related then well, you should follow the rules given to you I feel like life is hard enough without always adding a bunch of rules on top of what we already have in today’s society. Enjoy what you like but make adjustments were its needed to stay healthy don’t forget to stay active at least 30 minutes a day will do you some good it doesn’t have to be anything strenuous but moderate to keep you moving in the right direction eating healthy is a mind set only you can control I encourage you to go for it and eat healthy love you.
